Commercial Portable Buildings Built for the Job

Alpine Portable Buildings constructs portable guard shacks, security offices and specialty commercial buildings for businesses, industrial facilities, municipal operations, contractors and property managers throughout the Houston metropolitan area.

Unlike our residential buildings that are constructed on the customer’s property, these commercial buildings are built at our shop in Aldine, Texas. Our builders work in a centralized location with their tools, equipment and materials readily available. Once the building is completed and inspected, it is transported to the customer’s location.

Buildings can be finished with insulation, electrical wiring, multiple outlets, interior lighting, heat and air conditioning, windows, durable flooring and a 36-inch passage door. Sizes, window arrangements and interior features can be adjusted according to the intended use of the building.

LP SmartSide is especially useful as wall covering inside a transported building because it provides a durable finished surface without the cracking commonly associated with sheetrock during movement. It also provides extra insulation value.

Built at Our Aldine, Texas Shop

Our commercial portable buildings are constructed at Alpine’s building shop in Aldine, near Highway 59 in the Houston area. Building in one centralized location allows our craftsmen to work with their tools, equipment and materials close at hand.

The building is framed, sided, insulated, wired and finished at the shop. After completion, it can be transported by Alpine or by a professional portable-building hauling company to the customer’s prepared location.

This process offers several advantages:
